Can you use this for cups? The product picture has cylinder but will it actually engrave a cup?

It can engrave on cylindrical objects such as cups, including glass cups (requires colored paper) and ceramic cups. For better engraving results, it is recommended to use it with a rotary attachment or clamp accessory.

would this be able to cut through 1oz. copper on a circuit board?
