Network patch panel cat 6 is extremely easy and straight forward to install and use.
1. Cut off Cable sheath 2.5-3 cm.
2. Depatch each corlor wire and put into IDC hole according to 568B color labling on patch panel ethernet.
3. Punching down all wires into the hold of IDC connection with a punch down tool.
4. Tie up cables with plastic cable ties included to make them stable connectivity. This step is important.
5. Screw the 1u patch panel bracket on to racks with mounting bolts and nuts included.
Important:
With zip ties, it can effectively reduce the deformation of the ethernet cable, improve the working stability of the network connection port, and avoid the occurrence of network failures caused by the loosening and deformation of the cable.

1. The punch down block allows to use both 568A and 568B standard with the punch down tool.
2. There is no problem punching down the solid Cat 6 lan cable 23AWG with solid connection.
