1. Before purchasing this HUB?, confirm that the Type-C port on your phone, laptop, or gaming console supports ?DP Alt Mode? for video output, or whether it is a ?Thunderbolt 3/4? port.
2. Check the connection sequence according to the HUB connection diagram to ensure all ports are ?correctly and securely connected?. Note: Nintendo Switch must be in ?TV mode?. We recommend using the original charger of your source device to power the HUB.
3. If you're using ?Xreal AR glasses? and there's no audio, switch the glasses to ?DP mode? after connection. Detailed instructions can be found in the Xreal user manual. (Other AR glasses brands do not require mode switching.)
4. If your ?USB-C monitor flickers or shows no display?, check whether its power consumption exceeds ?25W?. If so, ?power the monitor separately? before connecting it to the HUB, as the HUB’s USB-C output supports up to ?25W power delivery?.
5. Try replacing the HUB’s included Thunderbolt cable (Type-C) with a ?USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C cable? or a ?Thunderbolt 3/4 cable?.
