Q1: Why does this jumbo marker drip extra water when I use it and it easily forms puddles?
- The pens feature a pump-action design that allows you to control the amount of ink produced by changing the writing strength. In addition, pressing too many times and too hard before use will result in excessive ink output at the beginning of use. When pressing, it is best to first do it on the draft paper and write until the ink comes out evenly.
Q2: Why do lines jump or break when writing with the jumbo marker?
- If there is a jump or disconnection when using it for the first time, please consult after-sales service in time.
- It was used without problems and now there is a jump or disconnection when using it. There is a high probability that the ink at the pen tip has dried, causing the pen tip to become clogged. Therefore, please be sure to close the pen cap in time after using the pen tip.
Q3: What to do if the pen cap is not closed in time and the pen tip is clogged?
- Our pen tip adopts a pen tip that can be used in both directions. Pull out the pen tip, rinse it, rub the hardened ink part of the pen tip, rinse until the pigment flows out of the pen tip and the color is very light, soak it in warm water for about 10 minutes, and then continue rinsing. After the paint almost no longer flows out, let it dry. Then change the direction of the pen tip and put it into the pen. Press until the ink comes out. If the ink is still uneven when writing, the pen has failed.
