2. Do you have a bill counter supporting more currencies?

3. How to upgrade software?

Please find us to get the software first and use the USB flash disk supplied with the machine to do upgrading.


4. Why my money counter suddenly shows many error messages?

The most possible reason is the machines sensor is dirty, please open the passage and use the brush or cloth to clean the upper and down sensors, or blow the dust.
