tesa 60404 is a colored PVC packaging tape with a soft PVC film backing and a natural rubber adhesive. It provides strong, long-lasting hold on all types of cardboard and creates a secure seal, including on recycled cartons.

The natural rubber adhesive delivers high tack and dependable holding power, and performs well in high-humidity and high or low temperature storage conditions. The film unwinds quietly for comfortable, repetitive use.

Available in multiple colors, this tape is well suited for sealing small boxes, tins, and bags, plus color-coding and marking packages. The smooth film surface is easily printable, and the red version works as a sharp-edge mask for multi-color painting.

1. Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust before applying.
2. Bring the box flaps together and hold them closed.
3. Apply the tape along the seam, pressing down firmly as you unroll.
4. Extend the tape a few inches onto each side of the box for a secure hold.
5. Cut or tear the tape, then rub down the full length to maximize adhesion.
