  • One fingerprint requires 5 scans to register successfully. So when registering, scan the same fingerprint 5 times repeatedly—not 5 different fingerprints.

  • Low battery may cause malfunction. Replace with new CR2032 batteries and retry. If issues persist, contact 24/7 NexusLab support

  • The unlock process drains the 2032 battery quickly due to high power use. This triggers a low battery warning, but the battery isn't dead. After resting, the voltage recovers and the display returns to normal.
