How to use
Our card reader can only act as a bridge. We provide card reader driver and SIM card editable software, but we cannot provide smart card driver and editable software such as bank card/ID card. Because it depends on the raw materials or rules of your country and bank. If you need to read them, you need to ask the smart card provider how to download, install and use them.
1. Cannot read ID card
Reason: card reader driver is installed, but ID card driver or editable software is not installed, so it cannot be read.
2. Cannot read bank card.
Reason: card reader driver is installed, but bank card driver or editable software is not installed, so it cannot be read.
3. Cannot read SIM.
SIM card can only be compatible with Windows. Mac OS and Linux are currently not supported.
IF the SIM card cannot be read, please contact your SIM operator to see if you need to install an additional operator driver.
