If you want to charge your phone without magnetic support or without using a magnetic phone case, please ensure that the charger is placed on a flat surface. Align the phone's charging coil with the wireless charger and place the phone flat on the wireless charger pad for use. Otherwise, there is a risk of the phone and charger separating and falling.
Due to the overheating protection feature of AirPods cases, the case may periodically stop charging for a few seconds before beginning again. If this happens, the indicator light will turn off for a while and then turn on again. This is a normal occurrence while charging.
This product does not come with a charging adapter, if you need to ensure that you get the maximum power, please use a charging adapter of 18w or above!!!
