Push the cuff over the left upper arms.Make sure that the distance between thecuff trachea turret and the elbow Joint is about2-3cm (1 inch).
STEP 2
Place the BP monitor at the same level as your heart
STEP 3
Press the start/stop button to start measuring automatically, and wait for the readings.
STEP 4
Read the result on the LED backlit screen
