The compact professional 45LP Ball Head is a slightly smaller version of the 52LP. The 45LP has a maximum height of 3.8 (97mm) and base diameter of 1.8 (47mm). At just 1.3 lbs (580g), the 45LP supports up to 20kg (44lbs) of equipment. The minimal sleek design and low-profile height make it easy to pack and carry. Adjusting the camera on the PBH 45LP is done via two main knobs. The main lock knob is equipped with a tension dial for extra stability to match the load capacity. The independent pan knob allows full 360-degree rotation for multi-stitched panoramas.

Degree markers assist in determining precise pan movement. The PBH 45LP comes with two U-shaped drop notches that allow maximum flexibility in shifting 90 degrees for horizontal and vertical orientations. Complete with a leveling marker and sprit bubble, the photographer can easily determine placement on uneven ground. The Arca-type quick shoe allows the photographer to easily put on or take off the camera. The head comes with U3/8 thread and includes U1/4 screw adapters that you can attach to any tripod. A built-in shoe stopper prevents the camera from falling off the tripod.
