1. Please check whether the Type-C port of your PC/Laptop supports the transmission of audio and video signals (Thunderbolt3). If Type-C is only charging, you need to connect HDMI to transmit signals.

2. Please check your mobile phone's Type-C port whether supports audio and video signal (USB 3.1) transmission. If NOT SUPPORTED, it is only a Type-C for charging. You need an "I-O-S/Android to HDTV cable" adapter for signal transmission.

3.4K monitors require a higher voltage power supply. For a more stable power supply, it is recommended to use our original PD adapter for power supply.
