Question 1

I need to use this as a power cord for my corsair aio cooler and command node pro, which both take sata power input. I already have a corsair node core plugged into a sata connection, however it ends my chain of connecters. Could I plug this splitter into the end of the chain and use the splitter to power both nodes and aio cooler?

The cable is just like an extention cord. It will work but the power supply must handle the power it is drawing. You must balance the load on all SATA cables coming from the power supply or you can fry your power supply.

Question 2

Can I link two of these together onto my current SATA cable, essentially giving me 10+ SATA connectors?

With a Molex female connector to power the splitter, it looks as though it is possible to link more of these together, but you have to ask yourself if doing that is safe for your system and what type of effect it will have on the functionality of your power source. You also have to consider the idea that spreading the same amount of current over that many connectors may not supply enough power to each individual connector to actually power the SATA powered components you wish to connect to the linked splitters. If there is a power loss with these split too many ways as there is with a cable signal split too many ways, they may not work at all. I would advise to use as many of these as you like, but not to link them together; instead use another Molex female connector from your power supply for your power source to the splitter(s). Bear in mind also that there are Molex splitters if you don't have any available on your power supply.

I currently have two corsair products that I need to power, an AIO cooler and a commander node pro. I currently have a corsair node core, which uses sata power. However, it ends my chain of sata connecters. Can I plug this extender into the sata connection where the node core is plugged in currently, and use the splitter to power all 3 of my products?

This adds 4 additional SATA power connectors by plugging into an existing SATA connector from your power supply.  It's basically an extension cord for your power supply to power peripheral devices like hard drives. It does not plug into the motherboard.
