Does this hard drive need a cradle and an IDE to SATA connector?  If so, where can I get these part in the USA??

There shouldn't be any extra parts needed since this is a regular SATA 2.5" (laptop sized) hard drive. Only if you were using this in a desktop (which, then it would be cheaper to buy a desktop hard drive!) would you need possibly a 2.5" to 3.5" mounting adapter. Hope that helps!

It's a thin 7mm drive, so I would say probably yes.  But you should verify the dimension of your existing drive first.

quick question, can this fit in the side compartment for the Bit-fenix Prodigy M? The mounting way is 4 small screws on the bottom or top of the hard-drive. I wanted to get another SSD but its just to expensive for the storage I want, and this is just what I wanted.

you will need a rail conversion kit .

I use this drive to transfer large video captures (4GB-40GB) from my SSD.  The transfer rate is rock-steady at 117MB/sec.

If you install this drive in your laptop, install an operating system, and install your games, then, yes, of course you can use this as part of your system to play games.  Game play is affected by more than the hard drive, however.  The speed of your laptop and graphics card your PC has installed will have more effect than the hard drive as far as game play is concerned.

It will work with hardware and software RAIDs but remember it is a mobile drive not intended for continuous use so if you are using it where it could be accessed 24/7 be cautious about corrupted data
