I've taken a look at mine and I believe there is at least 5 feet of cord from charger pad to the USB port on my computer.

The specs say that the surface is cloth AND hard, which one is it?

The mouse pad comes with both options (refer to the 2nd picture).  There is a "hard" (plastic-y material) and a cloth "soft" material that you can use also (like a traditional mouse pad).  Hope that helps!

Since it comes with 2 different styles of mouse pads for your preference I don't see why that needs to be done.  However if that's what's wanted I would make sure it is the same thickness as the mouse pads it comes with.

Hello, I was wondering if this is a receiver as well or if it has a usb connection to plug in a receiver? or will one need to have this plugged in on their desk as well as a receiver?

Yes it can be used in place of the dongle receiver that comes with your lightspeed wireless mouse.  You just have to select the option in the Logitech G-Hub software for it to act as a receiver.

Does this work on Logitech G Wireless mouse?

It works with the G903, and G703 wireless gaming mice. No other mice are supported.

Will this also charge a g915 keyboard wirelessly?

Unfortunately it does not it, it will only charge a mouse with the puck included with the pad.  The keyboard will still need plugged in for charging.

Does this work with other wireless charging capable devices, like phones?

The advertisement says yes, but it didn't pickup as a charging station for my phone. Probably my phone case was blocking it, or it was too weak to get through. Didn't really try a second time as I have a phone dock by my bed.
