Max supported size is 8x14". 
Re: card stock, the multipurpose tray supports 16 to 43 lb bond (16 to 163 gsm)

Can you scan multiple pages into a single PDF?

This machine does not scan directly into PDF format. The regular scan to USB function is what I use and the only option is JPEG. I cannot speak for the scan to email option, I have never managed to get it working. My IT guy got frustrated as well and recommended I use the scan to USB option. I do love this machine except for the scanning options.

No, it does not. They have been nice copiers for the price though, we have 4 of them.

According to Ford's autobiography, ".. any color .. as long as it is BLACK' . Sorry Brook, monochromatic is black only.
