Is this product an APC OEM replacement battery or a comparable spec battery from another vendor?

This battery is an OEM replacement, as far as I could tell.  It has the APC label affixed to it, same connections, same style.  It does, however, arrive a little dusty as some users have commented.  It's already been put to use in a few storms and power outages as well without a hitch.

Question 2

Is this brand new or refurbished?  Also, is it original APC?

Battery I bought was the original APC brand and new (not refurbished). Please note that I bought it from Newegg, as that was the only option back then. I have never purchased anything from "marketplace" sellers that sell through Newegg, so I can not comment on their business practices.

Question 3

I have a Back-UPS XS 1300.  Is this the replacement battery?  It's twice the size of my whole backup unit

I bought this battery 2 years ago for a different APC unit than yours, and it has been giving me good service. If you do an internet search on "back ups xs 1300 replacement battery", without the quotes, you should find a link for the APC website which shows that the APCRBC109 battery is recommended for your backup unit.

Is this the correct replacement for model BR1500G?

I bought this battery as a replacement for the battery in a BR1500LCD which has a different geometrical shape than the BR1500G which you are asking about. APC recommends these batteries as a replacement for the BR1500G: APCRBC124 and APCRBC124J.
