Yes. But I wouldn't recommend this product.i bought it for my dad and it stopped working after few months. I also observed,is performance is not good.

No, but you can plug in a micro SD card (just in case you're confusing the two). It has no other internet access besides it's onboard WiFi chip and Bluetooth (if you tether your phone that way).

Does the Samsung Ativ Tab 3 comes with a 'Sim Port' (I have seen the port in many pictures, but not in the specs)?

There is no Sim card slot on the one I received.  It only has a microSD, mini HDMI, and Micro USB slots.

I see what you are looking at with the pictures showing the sim card slot, but I do not know if that was on the prototypes and did not make it to the final editions or maybe on the overseas models?
