Question 1

Is this a Nano card. I am looking to install this into a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and was trying to find out if this will work? The specs on the S7 Edge says it will take up to 200g NANO card.

The S7 edge can hold nano SIM card and microsd card. I believe you are mixing the 2 together. This card will fit in the S7 edge

What are the READ and WRITE speeds. It only says 100 MB "transfer" speed?

I have found that Read/Write speeds are dependent on numerous factors.  The most important factors being

1) do all pieces of hardware involved meet the highest most current specs. specifically you don't want to have a USB 2.0 bottleneck because you are using an outdated card reader, or cable, or bus etc...

2) The actual size of the file being transferred. A 1GB video file is a continuous block of data that can be written much faster than say 1000 separate 5MB files.

With this in mind I have been able to Write 1GB video files at sustained 70-90 MBs and smaller music files (say 5-10MB) at sustained 35-40 MBs

I have only purchased SanDisk MicroSD cards and cannot speak to other brands. I have had excellent luck with their cards and have nothing to complain about.  Just watch out for fakes and I only buy direct from NewEgg (NEVER third party sellers.)
