Does it come with a cable ?

No. It just is the circuit card as shown. The U.2 cable is necessary. It is the full X4 standard, whereas some M.2 is only X2, and is only at the speed of SATA III. I purchased Highpoint RAID cables, which have enough length to fit in my large full sized tower. The U.2 cable uses a SATA power connector, and X4 PCI channels, which is different than SATA. Also, my cables did not have locks on the connectors going into the circuit card. And, if you want to boot to it, you might need to add NVMe drivers to you SMBios. I hope that this helps.
