Does this cooler support AM3+? it says it does but the bracket looks like it would only fit AM4-5.

Does this cooler come with thermal paste pre-applied? Or would I have to buy that separately

The paste on this cooler is not pre-applied. It does come with a packet of paste (enough for one application). I used it and it's working fine so far.
