If the curtain light malfunctions, please follow the troubleshooting guide below:

1. If powered directly via USB (e.g., connected to a computer, power bank, or TV USB port), the light may fail to start or operate unstably due to insufficient output current/voltage from the connected device. The package includes an original adapter. Please plug the USB into the original power adapter for use.
2. Before using the remote control, remove the plastic tab from the bottom of the infrared remote to ensure proper battery connection.
3. The effective range between the remote control and the receiver (USB) is 16.4 feet. For infrared remotes, if the light's infrared receiver is blocked by curtains or other objects, the remote may not function.
4. Extended operation may cause the light to overheat, triggering the thermal protection mechanism and automatically turning it off. Try turning off the power, allowing the light to cool down, and then restarting it.

If the light fixture still does not work after completing all the above steps, it is likely that the fixture's hardware (power adapter, internal mainboard, wiring) has malfunctioned. We will fully assist in resolving any product issues.
