• Q:How to check the charging status of the light?
• A1:When the light is in charging state, the red light will keep flashing.
• A2:When the light is fully charged, the red light will always be on.
• Q:Why doesn't the light respond when the remote control is pressed several times?
• A1:Maybe the pool light is not on, long press the switch for 2 seconds to activate it, it will automatically light up the red light, after that you can have normal light control. We recommend that you turn off the pool light when not in use (long press the switch for 2 seconds to turn off)
• A2:It may be that the battery of the remote control is dead, press any button of the remote control, if the small light at the top of the remote control is on, it means the remote control is working normally. Otherwise, please replace the batteries with new ones 1x CR2052.
• Q:Why can't I charge my pool floating light?
• A:You can charge it with original/other USB-A to USB-C charging cable 5V/2A.
