Is this really the discontinued version v1.0R (as shown) or is it actually version v2.0R?

Been years and still no answer! Seller has no interest in answering. Title & Photo shows the older V1 item. The Specifications and Overview page shows the new version. New or old version? Probably new version for more $. Not going to take the chance. Wanted 4-6.
