Tips to get the most from BURST Expanding Floss from a dental hygienist
- Gather 12-16 inches of floss around your middle finger, and a few inches around the other middle finger
- Pinch the floss with your thumbs and pointer fingers securely, leaving about an inch
- Glide the floss between each tooth and make your way toward the gumline
- At the gumline, make sure the floss “hugs” the tooth in a C-shape, allowing it to disappear right under the gums.
- Move the floss up and down the length of each tooth 3-4 times, scraping the plaque from the sides of the tooth.

**The BURST Sonic Toothbrush removes up to 10x more plaque, provides healthier gums in 2 weeks, and reduces bleeding gums 3x after 30 days compared to a manual toothbrush as shown in two independent, 30-day single-blind clinical studies of 92 and 97 healthy subjects, respectively, with mild-moderate levels of plaque and gingivitis. The subjects brushed twice daily using a fluoride toothpaste with either a manual toothbrush (control group) or with the BURST Sonic Toothbrush (experimental group).
