Do you know if this will work in one of the PCIe slots on a MSI A88X-G45 Gaming (MS-7900) motherboard?

Not super familiar with this MB, but if what I’m seeing is correct, it’s a 2014 board. If so, then probably won’t support this SSD. Just to clarify, NVMe drives don’t run off of normal PCIe slots like a Graphics Card (usually). This one requires a special M.2 slot, which is fairly common on newer boards but probably won’t be on anything more than a couple years old.

What is the endurance of the 2TB version of this SSD?

The TBW (endurance) of the 2TB version is 1280 Terabytes (~1.3 Petabytes). It's really high, on par with the Samsung 970 Evo's endurance, and far more than almost any user would hit under realistic usage scenarios.

does it come with screws?

Mine came with screw but did not need my motherboard had the screws in place all I had to do was remove the screws put the card in place and replace screws. This drive is scary fast.

Is this an M or B key?

It looks like it's an "M" key. Look at photo, there are 5 pins on little tab. I'm not willing to take the heat sink off mine to verify. I will say, that it fit in the following firewire /thunderbolt enclosure which is keyed for "M": https://www.newegg.com/wavlink-wl-ute02-enclosure/p/0VN-0069-00025?Item=9SIA6PFA3D8575 I am happy with that enclosure, this SSD with this enclosure is screaming fast, but I do not use the enclosure with the cover on. With the heat sink on, when I am using the SSD its like 150ºF (which apparently is what makes an SSD run faster from reading on web, not sure if its good for longevity.)

Will this work in the m2 slot at top speed with the ASRock X570 Extreme4 WiFi ax?
