Works great after getting a motherboard update.

USB 2.0 support

Small (Disappears in the hand) Reads and writes quickly at 5 Gb/sec (bits not bytes, 8 bits is 1 byte usually) Can read 2 cards at once (see video) Doesn't get hot Easy to use once you realize how to insert SD cards into the bottom slot

Very happy with this reader. Reads my Micro SD cards, and SD cards from my camera. Much faster than my old USB 2.0 readers. No exact read/write figures but it is very noticeable. If you have USB 3.0 connections on your PC, buy this. Not much more expensive than a 2.0 reader and well worth it. No problems with it, cards fit snugly in their respective slots with no wiggle. I do not have to wiggle the card around trying to get a proper seat in the slot as I do with some of my cheaper readers.

Plug and play driver-less install. Just need the appropriate motherboard headers.

The reader showed up very well packaged. It works very well. It's the fastest reader I've used. I just downloaded a full 64GB CF card with this reader in the USB 3 slot on my laptop. Both JPG and CR2. They loaded and were all viewable very quickly.

was looking for a way to get my pc to read a sd card since the cheap pc case didn't have one built into it, this does the trick.. using a asus 970 mobo

Everything works as advertised. Shortest total length, this lets me hide more cables there
