This actually works in Windows 11. It finds and uses C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\sfloppy.sys as its driver, if that helps. Windows did not find it the first time when plugged in to the blue usb thingy but the drive appeared as A: Floppy Drive in This PC the second time that I tried. There are still unused floppies available from "strange house". Right click to format. I have to get my old backups out of storage. I think they are frozen in a square metal cookie tin buried near the very bottom. I just did not want to toss them.
