I've never bought a refurbished computer before but was looking for a cheaper laptop that I could play the online game, Lord of the Rings, on. This laptop looked like it would fit the bill for $229, and it didn't disappoint. I've been using the laptop for two months now. I have had no lag, performance is consistently excellent, and the keyboard has a nice, crisp click to it (which is important to me). While I don't use this laptop for anything other than playing LOTRO or doing an occasional internet search, it would be amazing for everyday use...great processer, powerful with 16GB RAM, good keyboard, and the great thing is that it has a solid state drive. Thanks Newegg....great deal on a great computer!

I was not looking for a gaming machine. Just something that I could do everyday work with on Windows 11 pro. This laptop did not disappoint. Battery seems to be at least at 75% or more. Web Cam is fine. Have not tried the USB ports yet. Great bang for the buck.

i purchased these computers on sale. I got the laptops, turned them on, and that was it. Both are working like a charm. They are fast. I am surprised at how light they are. For the last 10 years i have purchased only Acer laptops. These laptops continue to justify my buying decisions. The dual NVMe drive is just the greatest. I installed a second drive, and it works fine. The lit keypad is just great.

Upgraded from a 3050 to the 5060 and oh my lord does it perform as intended. Same thing from and intel i5 to a Ryzen 7, the performance is out of this world. Released 3 days after my birthday, so thats just brownie points
