Tryig to find the perfect chair is a hard thing to do when shopping online as I have found there are so many little things that can be unexpected. I haven't found anything I would change on it and think this is a very nice chair that has help support my back pain all day with its ergonomic design. It is easy to set up in a few minutes and even has the box the right size for you to hold it in position while you tighten the screws. The headrest is optional to install last and is a personal choice, but its not for me really. It is a nice size width and height with tight mesh feel and look to it. The mesh allows for easy cleaning.
