Survived one power outage and kept everything running perfectly. USB ports on the front are actually nice and i use them a fair bit. The little voltage/battery/run time gadget is cool on the desktop. Not much else to say besides that it works for what i need.

- Real time load display - Enough backup power for my desktop computer

The ports are spaced out in a way that can fit wider charging adapters Relatively compact for the number of ports USB is a bonus

Powerful, well made and with numerous outlets and great features

Easy setup Clean looking Easy management

Plugged it in and it works, have not bothered with the software yet so I can't comment on that. The info display works well and is pretty intuitive. Have not really had to read the instructions yet, +10 points for that. Lots of outlets.

Low budget, inexpensive, effective UPS. Integrates nicely with software for Windows-based PC's

Keeps the cable box from having to go through the painful reboot cycle, if power glitches for a second. Has enough wattage to run most folks home computer, cable box & etc. Software allows viewing power demand - updated every 10 seconds.

-8 foot cord, which is quite flexible and thick. It’s not going to fall apart anytime soon. -12 outlets. That’s more than enough, and they’re sturdy. -3780 joules of protection! For the price, that’s an amazing deal of performance. -Price. I bought mine at $19 USD each, and the shipping was fast and well packaged. -Cable management. I’m used to having my wires all over the place, so this definitely laid a helping hand in fixing my horrific management. -Mounts to wall. -Sturdy build, and relatively compact. -Looks nice! -Not grounded light.

I like the software you can get from APC to adjust how this UPS works.

I have the base Mid-2011 21.5" iMac. I wanted to protect my investment and my files! The iMac uses an Active PFC power supply so a pure sine wave UPS is required for proper functionality. The USB connection on this unit integrates perfectly with the OSX power save panel. Connect the USB cable and a set of options for automaically shutting down the iMac while being powered by UPS become available. You can adjust to shut down after x minutes or x% of UPS power remaining. I was also concerned about the power draw, and was originally considering a larger unit - but with the iMac and one external drive connected the load is only about 20%, and the estimated battery runtime is about 40 minutes. Checked it by pulling the plug - got the notice on the iMac screen that it's now running on battery and to save your work soon. The display on the unit is very informative and it has a small form factor. For OSX compatibility, price, and performance this UPS can't be beat.

Pure Sine wave Output on Battery. Plenty of battery back up outlets.

Been waiting for a storm to submit a review. This unit maintained my internet connection during a Tornado Warning and subsequent power outage. I love it!

Well packed manufacturer packaging. Very clear multi-lingual user manual that is well worth the time reading the few pages in your chosen language. Very clear warning markers attached to UPS. Very difficult to install and use this unit without seeing the warning marker to connect the internal batteries. Silent operation; it does not have any fans on/in it that I can tell. Novel "master slave" outlet pairing. Lose power to the "master" device and the "slave" device turns off immediately. The manual tells me this feature is disabled by default, but read the user manual carefully to fully understand it's operation.
