Easy to install, reliable. I have 5 of these units (or their USB-3 predecessors), some of them in service for 2+ Years. Contrary to another review, none of the 5 units I have produce any noticeable sound above a low hum.

easy setup, solid construction, quiet (i like the choice of fan speeds including auto). Using this with a Syba USB 3.0 card and getting 70MB/s transfer speeds on file copies... I haven't tried eSATA yet, but USB 3.0 has been solid so far. Setup was easy using a quick start guide. Using the device with WHS 2011 - saw the drives and was able to format 2 - 2TB drives in RAID 1 config with no problems. The LEDs on the device are pretty cool (for those who are interested in showing off pc equipment)
