Works as advertised, latest version of software allows for other drives to be used instead of Synology drives, Ironwolf works great.

Works seamlessly to plug in old drives and keep moving forward.

This thing is truly amazing. Can run models up to 200 billion parameters. (Most of mine are between 70-120b, but my 24b "devstral" model is very useful for simple coding.) For a "personal AI" it's perfect. I use it to assist with sensitive client matters that I do not want to "share" with public AI services. Yes, it is brittle, but it is not hard to perform factory-restore using Nvidia's image - they have clear instructions posted and AI can help you if you need it. Be sure to use Nvidia's tool to create the boot thumb-drive. The unique hardware and driver situation makes this computer incompatible with other distros or OSes.

Works as expected

much quicker nas than my ds223 have the option to have a warm spare quiet

great software and easy setup. I used 2 3.5 dives - a WD and a Seagate with no recognition issues.

Works right out of the box - easy to set up with some YouTube tutorial help to get the settings I want. Loving how easy it is to manage, install my docker apps, and configure to what I like. You can keep it as easy or as complicated as you like. I was brand new to the NAS world and am happy with my UGREEN so far.

Works superbly. Easy to setup. Very good management software. Lots of other users (e.g. on Reddit). Bought empty, and populated with four (4) 6TB drives (WD6001F4PZ-49CWHM0). More storage than I'll need for a decade.

Loaded up VMware ESXi 8.x ISO via Remote KVM IPMI and installed without an issue for an Asrock AMD R9 5900X build.

I had a legacy Rosewill RSV-R4000 rack mount case that was used for my HTPC for many years. I was converting to Unraid and needed hot swap capability to quickly service drives if needed. This case suited the purpose in grand style for very little money. I was able to directly change the existing HDD bays for these, only needing to do a small modification on the front panel to adapt it to the side position in the 3rd bay. Otherwise everything else was plug-n-play. Disk trays fit my WD Red 2TB drives with perfection (at least IMHO). I was able to drag my old hardware into the Twenty-first century for just over $100 cash outlay. Happy customer.

Decent price for the hardware, sleek design, upgradable RAM, software updates are frequent, drive bays are solid, can control fan speed for the CPU

I was impressed with how the unit was packaged, the included accessories and the unit's design. UGREEN'S attention to details is top notch. I easily installed both of my drives on the unit's HDD rails, slid them in and booted up. I opted for a local configuration only (no UGREEN ID or web access) over LAN. UGOS is minimal but effective: configuration, diagnostics, basic apps, user management, etc. I also installed the UGREEN NAS app on my iPhone, which also works good.

Package was shipped quickly and arrived without delays

Easy to set-up Easy to be used by any devices Easily support 6 users ( 4 iphones + 2 android + 5 window laptop + 2 macosx + 2 fire tv) backup and streaming)

Great design with better cooling than the standard. Linux build with custom NVIDIA kernel that supports OpenWebUI / Ollama for LLM inference. Runs ComfyUI well. Extremely customizable and works well for varied inference loads with much better / larger LLMs with its ~120GB available LPDDR5 VRAMthan would run on a standard RTX GPU w/ 16 - 32GB GDDR7 VRAM. I would buy another for the right price (less than $3500)

Very easy to instal and configure raid, had it running in 15 min.
