My favorite part about this is the QoS feature. I have my NVidia Shield TV and my powerline network set to the highest priority, followed by my PS4, then my security system hub and HDHomeRun. I know the QoS feature works because I was able to squeak out an extra 5Mb/s in my basement which is connected with my powerline network once I set the priorities. I also like the colored lights. If the device the switch is hooked up to supports 10/100/1000 LAN, the light is green, otherwise orange. This is on a per device basis, so that you can easily see which devices you can safely give a lower priority to since they can't take advantage of full gigabit LAN anyway.

We got TMobile 5g Home Internet to save money without realizing that we would be unable to manage our router"gateway". So going with unmanaged switches was the obvious choice. Why Netgear? Build quality. There are lower priced options, but we have crazy pets and crazier owners living here so it was sturdy metal case for the win.

I purchased 2 of these. one to put in my desktop and the other to put in my truenas server. truenas core will not support this card. I had to update to truenas scale for it to recognize.

Metal enclosure and excellent throughput.

If you need to put all your devices, (PC, TV, NVR, Laptops, Printer) on the internet than you need to buy this. Wire ethernet is much faster and more error free than wireless.

UniFi compatible and suited to the kinds of awful environmental conditions the old Ubiquiti Tough Switch Pro was perfect for. Being managed by UniFi rather than UISP simplifies the network, so it's GREAT to have this niche filled. Surprisingly useful to have more ports, didn't know we needed them until we had the option.

Best user interface Product is easy to set up POE ports UniFi environment 10gig SFP and WAN 2.5 gbs wan

Easy set up, fast speeds, easy Network management from one place

Here's why I got one for my personal use. - 2.5Gb and 10Gb WAN capability - 5Gb IPS routing (IPS on most of their low end routers is bad.) - Built in storage for camera video - Rock solid Ubiquiti reputation

Simple setup. Great speeds. Fast delivery.

- Intel card works with every device NIC I have with no issues - Worked at 1, 2.5 and 10GB for me with no issues - two ports - Can team depending on the OS

Simple to use and small so it's easy to hide.

Fast performance and PoE+/++ out of the box! Small footprint and overall a performance beast for my network

These are cheap and they work. I get gigabit connection to a 24 port gigabit unmanaged switch.
