This beastly, when combined with PNY VCQK5000-PB NVIDIA Quadro K5000 4GB256-bit PCI Express 2.0 x 16 HDCP Ready Workstation video card, is used for some of the most advanced CG work.

The card installed without a hitch. The software worked fine. I have been using it with a high-end geophysical program and it has worked just fine. I do not use it for gaming. I use it for technical high-end 3D visualization and mapping.

This card is something different than a normal desktop card. If you are processing image assets or making 3D models it will improve wait time for rendering. I am using it with Red Giant plugins for AE and it is rendering multiple effects over top of eachother in real time. I moved from an RX580 to this so its not a great comparison but it still plays games and I can mine Vertcoin while I watch twitch no problems. The last workstation card I used was a Quadro 6000 and the technology has come a long way.

Haven't heavily utilized 3D-modeling or video editing apps yet, but in everything else it works perfectly. Handles anything I throw at it with ease and though I was worried about heat dissipation, temps seem to be fine. I run 4k res on everything and I haven't noticed any lag.
