When it arrived it so well packed that it took me 5 minutes to be able to open it. I was surprise of the quality and the nice look of that dvd writer. The usb type c is a nice feature but it also work on usb 3.0 for poeple that does not have a type c. The quality of the material is high end and nice to look at. I am working with Windows 11 and it was recognize in no time.

It just works. Reads and burns CDs, DVDs, and Blu-Ray discs (I'm using Linux Mint 20). Disc type information is molded into the bezel rather than being painted on giving the drive a more elegant appearance (one of the major reasons I chose it).

Runs silent, instant recognition by your bios in Windows 10 pro. Very quick.

Reads and writes as it should. It's also about 2 inches shorter in length than most which makes for an easier install and a less cluttered case
