Mine came with Hynix C Die which overclocked to 3666 mhz at 1.4v with cl18 timings, but I stuck to cl14 at 3200mhz and 1.39v.

I have been using this ram for a little over a week now and it works as it should. I just inserted it into the slots on my PC's motherboard and it recognized after a restart. This may not matter to some people, but I really like the build quality of the ram. For the price I paid, it feels like a solid product.

I replaced the original 1 GB cards that came in my 2007 eMachine with these 2 GB cards. They fit perfectly, and worked OK, passing the memory check. Windows 7 recognized the new memory with no fuss.
