I upgraded my Dell 6420 Notebook to 11ac using the 7260. I ran HTTP speed tests and I am getting over 200 Mbps of anywhere in the house. Router is in the cellar and the Intel 7260 is able to achieve high performance in all locations throughout my home. As a comparison this same PC with an 11n interface was only able to get to 60 Mbps. Essentially moving to 11ac with this adapter has tripled my performance.
