Its rated A- (almost best rating) on the psu tier list, it is a great price for a modular 850w psu

--- Rated for 1,000 watts --- in a very compact package --- For my Use-Case --- has FOUR (!) Graphics Card, 8-Pin PCIE Connectors! (A Dream, as I have a Sapphire Pulse 7900XTX, with Three 8-Pin PCIE Connectors ---> I previously used a 750 Watt Corsair SFX Platinum Power Supply, that only had Two GPU PCIE Connectors). ---> This may not be needed with Nvidia "High End" Newer Graphics Cards, but also there appears to be a Nice 16 pin Connector right to the Graphics card to Power Supply as well. *** literally when gaming, even with the 7900XTX GPU using 350+ Watts (and my 12700k only using average 40-50 watts round-abouts) -- the fan has not even turned on yet.

Hello I upgraded the GPU in my partner's mini-itx gaming rig. The old GPU had only a few millimeters clearance between it's fan and the full ATX power supply. The new GPU was thicker and would not even fit into the chassis so I bought this SFX supply. Now there is plenty of space between the GPU and the power supply. The GPU barely hits 60C under stress testing. I love the zero rpm mode of this supply. Most of the time the computer is not working hard and the power supply fan doesn't even turn on. The 80 Plus Platinum efficiency probably helps here. Even when gaming the supply is quiet. The supply is fully modular and the cables are high quality. The supply comes with a cable for the new 4+12 connector. No adapter is needed which makes for a cleaner build. I used the included ATX to SFX adapter plate.

The size is great for its power class compared to the 1000w PSU Im swapping out. The universal plugs on the PSU side are promising. Its also nice to have a fan switch if needed.

I buy Seasonic power supplies from NewEgg exclusively for my builds. I don't have to worry that one or the other will let me down. The quality of Seasonic power supplies is evident in the first use and heft. There are several failed units in my garage but not one is a Seasonic.

Comes with braided cables, which are slightly better than the normal black cables. Has a 5V power boost along with the switch for the iCool for smart fan control. It does not make clicking sounds when booting up or powering off.

Cables are heavy , good wattage.
