They gave me a lot of info

I have a Dell Latitude E6540 laptop from 2013. This is a 'thick and heavy' monster as opposed to the 'thin and light' machines that are currently in fashion. Dell never advertised it but you can stick an mSata SSD into the WLAN slot on this machine and the computer will recognize it as an ssd. So I now have this SSD running Ubuntu Linux 22.04 as my main OS. It's been running for about two months so far without any problems. The normal SSD or hard drive bay can boot Ubuntu 20.04 and the removable DVD drive interface can be used to access a SATA ssd or hard drive with data. or play a DVD

I've been using my Dell Inspiron 3470 for nearly a decade now with the HDD. Finally gave in and got an SSD. The difference is night and day. Moved Windows and programs onto the SSD.

Works as expected. Actually read speeds are slightly quicker that expected.

- Seems reasonable controller and flash memory (Hynix), even if entry level SATA

awesome budget drive. have had no issues.

Quick and easy is the key to this product. It arrived with everything you need to install an existing new or used 2.5" hard drive. I purchased two units since I have several drives that need enclosures. It took me less than two minutes to unbox everything and install the hard drives. The enclosure came with a screw driver to install the two screws used to secure the enclosure to the hard drive. The USB cable is longer than others that I have purchased in the past which is an added benefit.

I purchased this NVME SSD because the price was great and I wanted to upgrade in size. I use it as the boot drive for my Lenovo laptop which only supports NVME Gen 3 x4. Gen 4 would not have given me any more performance. I have been happy with the performance.

It is very fast.

Did exactly what I wanted it to exactly how I wanted it to
