The LCD panel is a VERY nice touch allowing you to scroll through your output wattage, input/output voltage and Hz, it also gives you a % of what your total power draw through the unit is out of the 1650w availible, tells you your battery charge % and an estimated runtime based on the current power draw, The LCD has a blackout timmer if not used (30sec aprox) usefull when you dont want that bright blue screen on. heavy duty construction and good packaging.

I purchased this unit to reduce the noise of my VMware box. With the stock cooler the CPU fan would constantly scream even under minimal load. After installing this unit, the computer has quieted down quite a bit. Even under high load the fan noise is a lower pitch so it is much less noticible.
