LOW PROFILE GOOD QUALITY USB CONNECTORS - SOLID MATING FORCE GOOD STRAIN RELIEF ON CABLE

I have this mounted on an MSI 34" curved monitor and it works great. I was a little concerned about whether it would attach firmly enough to the curved display, but that wasn't a problem at all. I really like that it has the option to separately power the USB ports so they can be used for charging devices as well. Provides easy access to four USB 3.0 ports for day-to-day stuff when absolute speed isn't absolutely necessary.

More than enough ports available, Superfast charging multiple devices at the same time, I can see the port lighting in the dark which is helpful. Individual On/off button.

The unit appears to be solidly built. It does not feel fragile like so many products these days. The buttons to turn on/off each of the USB ports are a nice touch. The cord is short, but that doesn't matter for me because I plugged it into the top of the computer and put the hub on my desk where it is more accessible than the connectors on the computer case under the desk. The cord is plenty long enough for that. If you plan on plugging it into a port on the back of the MOBO, the cord is way too short.

Works... I did not understand that this wouldn't power an external HDD. -- Not a problem with device, you just need to make sure you order a powered USB hub.

Very easy to install and use

Seven ports Switches to control power to each port

Can't be beat for the price

- small form factor with tiny blue led status light - simple & easy to use, just plug & play - decent documentation with power max power explicitly mentioned as 900mA for all four ports - relatively inexpensive - used an externally powered hard drive, desktop microphone and game controller w/o issue - 18 month warrenty

Sturdy construction. Cables plenty long enough to reach sockets on motherboard. Fits perfectly in a 3.5 inch cutout. Tested the ports, they all work.

Does everything.
