I replaced my i3 380M with this i5 560M, and couldn't be happier! It runs a few degrees C higher, 37C idle to 51C full load. But it has turbo boost (3.2GHz), a huge + for me! Plus it has new instruction sets, that the i3 380M didn't have, and the video frequency is a bit higher.
