- PCIe 5.0 x16 for the latest generation of GPUs - M2 Heatsink "Frozr II" - Wifi 7

Solid performer

No complaints about this motherboard. Setup was easy and all connections were logical and where they should be located on the board. 8000MT/s GSkill RAM booted up flawlessly and I was able to tighten the timings as well. Overclocking with the 9800X3D was easy and straightforward. Temps are great as well.

I am using it with a 9950x3d and this mobo and its chipset drivers work perfectly. I just installed and ran FS 2024, and the CCD0 cores all functioned while all the CCD1 cores parked with 0 utilization. So the mobo, its drivers, the cpu and Windows 11 all did their job and worked in harmony. The game ran so smoothly. In addition, the PCI-e 5.0 x 16 slot runs at that speed per GPU-Z, and the first NVmE slot (M,2_1, the one above the PCI-E x 16 slot with its own heat spreader) runs at PCI-e 5.0 x 4 without affecting the PCI-E x 16 speed, with a Samsung 9100 Pro running at 14k sequential read and write per Crystalmark and Samsung Magician. I have a 990 Evo PCI-e x 4 drive in Slot 3 and it runs at 7K sequential read and write. The on-board sound is quite good. Quickly and in no order: bios update was easy, manual is very good. With the installed bios that came with the board, it immediately recognized and allowed me to boot up my 9950x3ed and some corsair ram that was on their DRAM approved list. I updated the bios, and the system read some Corsair Dram NOT on the list, and runs it at full advertised DRAM 6000HT speeds. SATA channels work fine and independent of the NVME slots; there are no conflicts or speed degradation. Finally, BE SURE to insert the little rubber pads included with the mobo into the M2 slots, for single-sided M2s. The pad fits below the M2, helps to push the M2 snug against the heat sink on top, and drops temps quite significantly (5C at idle, more so under load).

Good number of slots for expansions Connectors for all kinds of parts

Multiple fan headers aluminum heat sink multiple argb ports aesthetically pleasing for black or white builds also has led lights to display any errors

Great quality and looks amazing but wished for some red LEDs

Been running this mobo for about a year with absolutely zero issues. I run a 7900x CPU with 32GB of RAM and 5060 Ti 16GB GPU. It's in a Z20 case, so it's a sleeper for sure! Absolutely crushes anything I throw at it! I don't bother with synthetic benchmarking junk: I want to see real performance, so I throw everything at it, with all the bells and whistles turned on, and turned UP! So far, Doom Eternal, Far Cry (All of 'em!), Dying Light, Hell Divers...All run great!

Everything you need for a high end gaming PC. Plenty of M.2 NVMe slots.

this motherboard is sick love it its look good no issue the b5550m is a dream . Newegg very fast delivery, I will buy again 5\5 .

Cool color scheme, steel grey. Not too many annoying RGB lights. Just soft backlighting. Bios is easy to navigate once you get over not being able to use backspace or esc keys. Just hit tabs to go back. Heatsink for M.2 does the trick. M.2 slots are easy to get at with the little turnbuckle latch. Tricky at first. Runs cool. More than enough USB. Connections were easy to find and layout is well designed.

amazing quality for the price very recommended

Lots of ports on the back. Booted 128G of DDR5 6000 without a hitch wifi performs well love the bios diag led. flash utility works great

Good price for the features compared to other AM5 motherboard alternatives Decent placement of connectors for clean cable management Higher end sound chip Looks good for an all black setup

- installation was seamless - hefty construction. backplate was strong - massive heat sinks (removable)

I've tried other motherboards but I always go back to Asus. I haven't had time yet to play with it, but getting it up and running was a breeze

- Perfect lane distribution - 10gbps ethernet built in - Great looking overall without too much emphasis on RGB

Wifi price and compatibility

ITX motherboard, perfect for a SFX build. Simple, not fancy, straight to the point motherboard
