- Comes with plastic knockout to use as dust covers for either the Slim ODD slot or the 3.5" if/when not in use. - As expected, locking plastic tabs work nicely and are easy to work with. - Came with a large variety of screws to accommodate a large number of devices. Included screws: Slim ODD M2*4, 3.5" HDD #6-32*6, FDD/'3.5" device' M3*6 (narrow pitch), 'device' (bracket itself I think) M3*6 (wide pitch). - Came with a slimline SATA to standard SATA extension/adapter cable necessary for using a slim/ultra slim ODD with a standard power supply. - Has all the screw hole options for mounting different devices. I mounted a card reader and it's nice and snug.

I bought it for stacking 4 extra hard drives on a none phantek case and it work great, materials are fine for the price, and works great.

Flexible and easy to install

a. easy to install b. fairly compact ( meaning its not too long like others) c. love it has a power button

Fits most if not all places you'd normally stick a 3.5 into. Multiple mounting options on the side for optimum compatibility with whatever you may want to use. Easy to install. Hard disks don't feel like they're going to fall out and you don't need to fasten them in with screws or anything so that's a big plus for quick change outs.

Great package. Every thing you need to place a 2.5 drive in a desktop tower.

It's a sturdy plastic, padded, anti-static case, and priced right in a 5-pack

using this for my laptop where the BD laser died so this is using a 2tb crucial instead it looks pretty cool but some of the pieces dont line up like a bd drive

I ordered it for the 2.5" Solid State Drive I had purchased, but when my new computer case arrived, it came with its own SSD kit, so I'm holding it for my next build. It is nice and examining it, I know it will definitely do the job.

- 6 Bay is good.

Inexpensive, Requires only +12V power supply, versus some others that may also require +5V power supply.

Aluminum body with aluminum drive trays. Quiet fan. The Athena actually was shorter then my existing external drive bay. Drive caddies locking mechanism was a pleasant surprise, worked extremely well. Drive fit perfectly in my RAIDMAX micro-ATX case. SATA & Power connectors easily accessible in the back.

Fits what it says it fits.

fits 2 ssd's tooless hot swap trays fits my slim line odd bluray burner with out issues as I found out the hard way will not fit in all slim line bays... so now I can use it thank you icy dock you rock!

Cheap and simple. Won't burst into flames or knock up your daughter.

Solid works as expected Bought on sale for $40

I thought this is the only 12Gbps hot-swap hard drive module I could found. Built a file server and like to try SSD drives for maximizing data transfering speed. This module’s performance is pretty impressive for me! The 12Gbps mini-SAS HD is awesome!

This unit is a great idea and works fine too. I wanted a way to take an internal 3TB hard disk drive that is used for backups offline and then bring it back online externally as needed. The front panel power switch allows just that. I power it on when I need to take backups and afterward switch it off. I believe this procedure allows some measure of protection from disk destroying malware wrt backup files. It allows other uses not anticipated now that I have it.

Excellent price Good cable length Adjustable to different M.2 SSD sizes
