Hard drives fit perfectly, with the right setup.

Very sturdy and heavy for such a small device. Worked flawlessly for my use -- RAID6 with 8 Intel SSDs. Good placement of the SATA power connectors. It doesn't interfere with anything and is vertical.

Simple, easy, functional

Yes, the material is cheap. However, it does what it should and, if handled properly, won't break.

I am making a media server / Game machine for the living room and needed plenty of HDD space for movies and games using Eclipse P500A DRGB with 8 4TB drives, 2 8TB Drives and 1NVMe for Boot. These Brackets fit well in the case and are easy to install and remove.

It is well-built and made for cases with a 5-1/4-inch drive bay opening; otherwise, you must purchase an adapter to mount a smaller SSD.

Pros? They work; they've been perfectly reliable; they're compatible with SATA-II and SATA-III; I've never had so much as a cooling fan fail. I've installed them in all five of the household computers, and this adds convenience when necessity calls for it.

Easy install. Works great!

Mine was actually black, not bare metal.

Inexpensive, Requires only +12V power supply, versus some others that may also require +5V power supply.

These frames work with the 1.5 tera byte seagates, just bigger than 750g did no exist when manual was writen.
