Plugged it in and powered it up and it was ready for action! Opened the master bay, inserted the original disc, filled the other 3 bays with blanks, pressed the "Ent" button and less that four minutes later I had all 3 of my copied CD's. No errors, no complex steps, just done. DVD's were just as easy, of course took a bit longer but nowhere near the time that it would've taken to do them individually on a computer. Just slightly longer than the time to do one disc.

This little duplicator is amazing. I was a fan of a different brand for years, Recently I called for help with a problem and all I got for a reply was, "it's your DVD's". Well, 4 different brands and they were all having the same problems?? IDK... So after tossing way too many DVD's I decided it was time to get a new duplicator and try a different brand. Wow, this little bugger is awesome! If I need to expand, I'll definitely stick with PlexCopier. I've been using it nearly every day for at least a couple weeks now and haven't had one issue, despite the brand of DVD or the size (duel or single). I'm so very pleased with this product, I decided to rave about it it for a change, as I'm not usually one to leave reviews. If you're in the market, this is a great choice, IMHO.
