Price, capacity quite sufficient

It works like it should. Nothing special about it.

The hard drives that were sent arrived quickly

No issues with installation and operates as expected.

Its a 1.8 in drive that's slimmer drive then the normal 2.5' notebook drive size. Nice for laptop or netbooks that could use the extra clearance or require smaller drive size then.a 2.5' normally. Its a 7200 rpm drive. Has good speed on USB 2.0 with a large file averaging 22 mbps and small files at 23-24 mbps. With Esata topped at 130 mbps on larger files

Two drives work well as RAID drive for Steam games and backups RAID drive writes at 280MB/s from an SSD (copying large files) Quiet/silent, which is exactly why I ordered these instead of desktop drives (tend to be noisier)

cheap so far it works fine

This is a nice 500gb laptop SSHD, it has nice speed and access times. This made a perfect extension drive for my xbox one, and loads and runs games and apps seemingly faster than than the stock hard drive inside the xbox one. The price is reasonable for a faster than stock performing drive. It is small and I like that I began using laptop drives and SSD's, SSHD's in all my computer builds now, they take up less space and look much nicer in a PC with a side window then the big clunky 3.5 inch hard drives. This works great installed into a USB 3.0 external enclosure, and transfer times, read times, access times, are nice and fast. This is a great little SSHD made by a great company Seagate, and is very useful for any laptop, desktop, adding it as an extension or media drive for xbox one, and as a replacement drive in a playstation 3 or playstation 4.

Installed this drive in my macbookpro 13in mid2009. It fit in fight and works great. Some people commented on here that it is loud. I don't think it is very loud at all. If you have background noise, you won't hear a thing. After formatting I got about 730gb.

This thing so so much faster than the 4200 rpm drive I had before.. Windows and programs load alot faster.
