So, I cracked open my MacBook Pro a few weeks ago to install this 500Gb Seagate. The extra space will be much appreciated when I install XP Pro through Bootcamp Assistant. Install was easy, naturally, as SATA is generally simple to install. I did a fresh install of Leopard on this drive with no problems. The write speed seems to be way faster than the stock drive.
